All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Sweden.

Yes. We ship across the EU and to most international locations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for subscribers.

All domestic shipping in Sweden is always free of charge.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging if you have it. If not, make sure it’s waterproof and not see-through.

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel or edit it. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we can’t make changes, but you can still return it.

EU customers will not pay customs fees. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Payment options include major credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna in supported regions.

Care instructions are included with each product and also listed on the product pages. In general, cold wash and air dry are recommended to preserve quality.
